PROGRAM UPDATE: Effective May 3, 2024, 11:59 p.m., the Virginia Mortgage Relief Program, or VMRP will no longer accept new applications and will be closing the program indefinitely. Eligible Virginia homeowners are encouraged to apply now, as funding is extremely limited.
Eligible applications started prior to May 3, 2024, 11:59 p.m. will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with applicants at risk of foreclosure taking priority.
