Virginia Mortgage Relief
Mortgage Servicers and Other Applicable Servicer Providers
Thank you to participating mortgage and other servicers who are working alongside our team to help provide relief on delinquent mortgage and other housing-related costs to Virginia homeowners financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

PROGRAM UPDATE: As we begin to approach full disbursement of allocated U.S. Treasury funds, the VMRP will no longer accept applications, beginning October 1, 2023.
Mortgage servicers and other applicable service providers participation is needed to ensure that Virginia homeowners receive assistance through the VMRP to prevent home loss and additional financial instability due to the pandemic. To receive program assistance, an eligible applicant’s servicer must work and coordinate with VMRP. All approved funding will be paid directly to the participating servicer and/or payee.

As funds become limited, servicers are reminded that it is imperative to return P records in a timely manner to avoid partial payments and/or funds needing to be returned.
Not enrolled? If you are a mortgage servicer and have not yet signed up to participate in the Virginia Mortgage Relief Program, please follow these three simple steps:
• Review the VMRP Servicer/Lender Fact sheet.
• Fill out the VMRP Collaboration Agreement and ACH form. Please note that changes to the Collaboration Agreement/ACH form are not permitted.
• Submit signed VMRP Collaboration Agreement, ACH form, and other relevant documentation. VMRPServicerSetup@VirginiaMortgageRelief.com.
